BROCHURE

2025/2026

WELCOME

I feel incredibly grateful to be able to capture the most important moments in the lives of my clients, and I do so with great passion. I’m always on the lookout for ways to capture the emotions and love that make each couple's story unique.

In this brochure, I’ll walk you through my process. My style can be described as elegant, romantic, artistic, with a fashion twist. I love telling stories through my photography. I aim to capture the moments you might have missed—images filled with genuine emotions and details as they truly are. My goal is to preserve your memories and keep them alive for years to come.

“While everyone is enjoying themselves, Rosalie captures the most beautiful, candid moments with an editorial twist.”

ABOUT

For Rosalie, the most important thing is that the day is filled with honest, real, and unfiltered emotions. She wants you to truly live in the moment and enjoy every second of your day. She moves either undercover or openly, depending on the situation, to capture those spontaneous, natural moments. No awkward posed photos, but intimate and authentic—exactly as you are, with that unique editorial touch that makes her work stand out.

With her sharp eye and passion for capturing real moments, she ensures that your Love Story is told in a way that is both unique and timeless.

LET’S DO THIS TOGETHER

A photograph is a return ticket in time.

A photo becomes more valuable over time. Just like a bottle of red wine, the photo gains in worth as the years go by. It’s as if you’re transported back to the memory you had in that moment, and each time you look at the photo, you relive that feeling once again.

CONNECTION

It’s incredibly important to find a photographer with whom you truly connect. It may seem obvious, but everything falls into place only when it feels right. I pour my heart and soul into my photography to make sure you have the perfect memory of your day to look back on. I’m curious to learn about who you are, what makes you happy, and of course, what your plans are for the big day. During our initial meeting, we’ll go over everything and discuss your wishes.

Do we click? Yes! Then we’ll celebrate love together on your special day. Our introductory meeting is done online and lasts about 45 minutes. Once you’ve booked me, we’ll make arrangements for further communication. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we’ll definitely stay in touch.

GETTING READY

The calm before the storm. Some of you are already feeling nervous, while others are more relaxed. For me, this is one of my favorite moments: capturing the transformation as you become a bride (or groom).

The day often starts with the preparations, in the morning, before you see each other for the first time. I love capturing the beautiful details—the dress, the shoes, the jewelry—and the moments of getting dressed with your mothers, sisters, brothers, friends, and bridesmaids. But maybe you want something a little less traditional, and that’s completely fine too. It’s your day, and anything goes. The preparations are one of my favorite moments to photograph because of the excitement and the loving interactions between you and your loved ones. The joy and enthusiasm of everyone is such a beautiful thing to witness!

FIRST LOOK

The moment you see each other for the first time. There are many ways to do this. The most important thing is that you do it in a way that feels right for you. Beautiful locations are definitely worth considering—such as the garden at your venue, or maybe during the ceremony itself. But perhaps you’d prefer to share this moment alone, in a more personal spot, like in the woods, by the water, or at another place that is meaningful to you. You could even exchange your vows there before the day officially begins. How wonderful would it be to share this intimate moment together, just the two of you (and the photographer, or perhaps with your children) before the day unfolds?

“The perfect mix of elegance, glam, and romance, with an editorial touch”

CEREMONIE

The moment has arrived—you’re about to say "I do" to each other. The most important moment of the day, and the reason your friends and family are there. During the ceremony, I’ll aim to be as discreet as possible. I’ll capture this moment just as it is, taking photos of the guests, the officiant, the surroundings, and the little details. Beautiful wide shots that truly reflect your day. Photos that will allow you to relive the emotions and memories. I’ll be on alert, ready to catch that tear or laugh, and of course, I won’t forget the "I do" and the KISS!

I’m the kind of wedding photographer who finds a balance between blending in with the guests and occasionally keeping a respectful distance. During the ceremony, I try not to be in the guests’ line of sight, moving mostly in the background. I’m always super attentive to the story being told, aware of the emotions it may evoke in everyone, whether it’s a burst of laughter or a tear.

WEDDING SHOOT

The wedding shoot is a moment that many couples feel uneasy about. They don’t like posing, feel it's unnecessary, or think it takes up too much time, especially when they’d rather be with their guests. However, it’s also a beautiful opportunity to spend a few quiet moments together and really enjoy the day. The day itself is often incredibly busy and tightly scheduled, so sometimes you forget to take a moment to simply pause and reflect. Think of the wedding shoot as a little break—a moment to step aside and appreciate that you’re now officially married.

Ideally, I like to plan several shorter sessions, around 10/15 minutes each. This way, it doesn’t feel forced, and you get more variety in your photos. We can discuss everything in more detail during our online consultation.

"Wow wow wow, the photos are amazing! We've already relived everything about three times since we received the photos yesterday. Thank you for capturing all these precious moments in such an authentic way."

Boris & Emilie

During the drinks reception or dinner, there are also many beautiful and special moments. The atmosphere, the beautifully set tables, and family members giving speeches. Perhaps you want to take this moment to address your guests personally.

During the meal, I’ll make sure to be present especially during the serving and speeches or other special moments. I don't usually photograph people while eating, though the messy tables can be fun to capture! In the meantime, I’ll try to grab a quick bite myself—so if you could keep that in mind, that would be great.

DINNER & DRINKS

ELEGANT

PARTY

And then it’s finally time for the big party! Of course, the celebration needs to kick off, whether that’s with a traditional first dance or bouquet toss. Not everyone chooses to do this, so go for what feels right for you both and what reflects who you are as a couple. Just keep in mind that if you skip the opening, the party might take a little longer to get going.

I usually only stay for the first part of the celebration, until just after the party really starts to pick up. What’s so wonderful about this is that I can wrap up the day beautifully and complete the full story of your wedding. Perhaps even a stunning shot at sunset.

FAQs

  • Approximately 50 photos per hour, but it ultimately depends on your day: how many guests are there, and how dynamic is the schedule? If there are many guests and possibly a second shooter, the number of photos will increase quickly. However, it's about quality, not quantity.

  • After our initial meeting, I will send you a detailed quote and the terms and conditions. To secure your date, I require a reservation fee of €500. Once the contract and terms are signed and the deposit has been received, your date is officially booked!

  • I capture you as you are. It’s all about how someone feels, and that’s what shows in the image. If there’s a blemish, a trash can, or any other distracting elements here and there, I’ll take care of removing them.

  • Nothing is a must, this is your day.
From experience, I know that many parents appreciate if some time is set aside for this. One tip: make sure the weddingplanner or wedding coordinator has everyone ready beforehand. But even better, let it happen spontaneously during the drinks reception. That’s the most relaxed way for everyone. If you'd like me to approach it more creatively, then make sure to plan a little more time for it. I’d be happy to discuss this with you.

  • No, I don’t provide RAW files. What you will receive are the fully edited photos, which I believe is one of the most beautiful parts of my work. I dedicate a lot of time and love to the editing process because that’s when I leave my signature and truly bring my style to life. The editing is where the magic happens, and it’s how I make sure the final images reflect the emotions and atmosphere of your special day in the best possible way.

  • You will receive an invitation to an online gallery via email. This gallery will contain the complete photo collection from your wedding day. You’ll be able to download the high-resolution images directly. The gallery will remain online for a few months, and you will receive a notification a few weeks before it expires, so you’ll have plenty of time to download and share your photos.

  • Don't worry!
This is your day, and a little rain won't stop you from enjoying it. In fact, rain can create some truly beautiful and unique photos. However, it's a good idea to have an indoor location as a backup plan just in case. That way, no matter the weather, we’ll still be able to capture amazing moments!

  • Photography is all about visuals.
People need to see my work in order to decide if they want to book me. It's how I make my living. If my work isn’t visible, I miss out on potential clients.

So, if you prefer that I don't share any of your photos online, that’s absolutely fine. However, there will be an additional 20% charge on the agreed price. Of course, we can also discuss and choose a specific selection of photos that can be shared online.

  • Cancelling is something you don’t plan for when you book with me, but I understand that sometimes things change and a wedding may need to be called off. You can find more details about cancellation in my terms and conditions, which are available at the bottom of my website. If you find yourselves in this situation, don't hesitate to reach out and we can discuss the next steps.

  • I absolutely love traveling to your wedding location anywhere in Europe. My favorite destinations are France and Italy, thanks to their stunning architecture.

  • Unfortunately, it can happen. However, there needs to be something serious for me to be unable to photograph. In case of severe illness or emergency, I will find a photographer who matches my style and yours to step in.
